Liked: The staff were nice. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was really good. Overall a nice experience.
Disliked: Hot water did not work well. It would go cold then warm but not hot.

It's a great location for the Madison Theatre or for sporting events across the river. The complimentary breakfast was great - build your own omelettes!

Nice hotel - understaffed at...

Liked: The breakfast was good. I would like to commend the lady cooking in the kitchen. I didn't catch her name but she was awesome!! I love the location.
Disliked: The biggest issue I have was they were vastly understaffed. This caused many problems - areas not as clean as they should be, hard to get help with problems such as towels for the pool and room, waiting a long time for questions about procedures to be answered, and we had to check in late because our room wasn't ready. Some of the staff in the breakfast area were rude and unfriendly. Lastly, and this might just be me, the lighting in the room was inadequate. Even with all the lights on the room was shadowy and fairly dark. I also didn't like searching around to find the switches for the lights.

Disliked: Room carpet was missing a chunk, our room smelled & we asked twice for a deodorizer & eventually got help after midnight (couldn't switch rooms bc they were booked), A/C was broken. Overall paid too much for a crappy room

Liked: Spacious and very clean rooms. great location amazing bar tenders. They ran out of wings but substituted us chicken fingers at no extra cost and love the fact they validate your parking so u can go in and out all day. Very beautiful hotel and our view looking across the river was awesome especially at night
Disliked: Arrived at 230 was told keep checking phone for keyless entry then shortly after 4 it said visit front desk. Line was extremely long. My room got switched then Keyless entry still didn't work. had to stand in line again. It was 515 b4 I gained access to my room. Clerk said card on file declined but gave her same card and it went right through. Bfast was great but omelette line stayed way toooo long with one cook and he was doing everything since someone apparently disappeared. No late check out available. Shower water kept changing hot to cold.

Stunning views, friendly staff, delicious...

Liked: The staff were very friendly!! When you first come in on ground level you have to take the elevator up to the actual lobby. We had a river view room and could see Cincinnati across the river. We did have some issues with the water in the shower heating up and staying warm. Also, we had to put the heat to almost 80 to have it be a decent temperature in the room. However, again the staff were all very friendly. The food at breakfast was good. I would suggest having someone wipe down tables and sweep floors as people leave. The food we ordered at the bar our last night was amazing!! I got the slider burgers which were amazing and my husband got the buffalo chicken sliders and the squash and zucchini. It was so good!! Overall it was worth the price for two nights and we would stay again.

Liked: Dance competition weekend. Nice location, very close to the venue. Check in was easy.
