Nice, comfortable and convenient...

Liked: I like the convenience, location and staff. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Disliked: The in room bathroom is small and difficult to maneuver.

Liked: Family of 6 heading home to Australia who enjoyed our stay. Amazing property, clean, tidy and good value for money. The free breakfast was lovely with the added benefit of the heated pool and the free shuttle to the airport. Highy recommend.

Liked: The room smelled fresh on arrival. Spacious room with a door between the lounge area and bedroom. Loved the ambiance of the hotel with its large mirrored furniture pieces and artwork on every floor. Lots of greenery.Missed out on the free happy hour with drinks and snacks, which we thought was a nice touch.
Disliked: A little tired looking as we approached the hotel. Bath and shower showed their age. Still believe it’s good value for the price.

Frustrating stay which could have...

Liked: Good buffet breakfast with omelettes cooked to order. Room was a suite and a very decent size with a comfortable bed, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. There are eating places withing about a 10 minute walk.
Disliked: The description of rooms on the booking.com website could be better. I wanted a room with an airport view and it is not at all clear on the website what room to ask for to obtain an airport view. I put in a request for Room 576 which I have stayed in before and received no reply or update from the hotel so was expecting this room or a similar one.On check in I was made aware that the room I had booked (king suite) was on the opposite side of the hotel. No airport view rooms were available but I managed to obtain a room with a very limited view by paying an extra USD20.00 per night to upgrade to a king with a balcony.For an airport view room you need a queen with a balcony

Great Place by the Airport

Liked: Great rooms for 3+ people! Spacious, clean, comfortable. Fridge and microwave were good to have. Beds and pillows were comfy. Big TVs in living room area and bedroom.Happy Hour was fun! Nijole was wonderful and did a great job serving lots of people. Free drinks are always appreciated!
Disliked: Minor complaint: we went to the snack area and grabbed a small bag of chips and a bag of Trail Mix. $7 for the chips and $10 for the trail mix. We put them back!
