Liked: The breakfast was amazing. The room was very nice. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was amazing. There was not hot tub. The pool was very dirty. The food in the resturant was okay. It was not as good as I hoped considering the price we paid. The room was very nice. There as a long wait for checkin because the computer system was down.

Pleasant

Liked: Room was comfortable, beds were nice.
Disliked: The happy hour was different than the last time I stayed there. Mixed drinks were pretty pricey. They had us sitting in another section and the bartender said she had to wait on paying customer's first, which I was. Felt like we were in the cheap seats. I would have thought staying at the hotel was a paying customer. Eggs for breakfast were powdered. The pizza we had was really good.

Disliked: Breakfast was ok.

Liked: We stay here quite often and love it!
Disliked: The female bartender was rude and unprofessional.We didn’t have the usual complimentary water bottles or our happy hour cards. Last thing, room service walked in our room at 0930 in the morning while my wife and I were having “personal time”!!

Bad

The bad out ways the...

Liked: I mean it was clean and breakfast was nice but the bad definitely out ways the good.
Disliked: There was a biker convention. Despite signs that say there are quiet hours, they were up past the hours. I would have been fine with 11pm or even midnight, but the bikers were asked to leave at midnight and went to the parking lot. They revved their engines and played loud music. At 1am my dad when downstairs and talked to staff. Staff just said they didn't know where they were going yet. It was about 3am when they finally stopped. They started back up about 6:30am. I tried to talk to a manager, but they said they had no manager on the weekend. I left notes for them to call me they did not.
