Liked: I really liked the friendly and courteous staff they were outstanding 👏 and the delicious breakfast 😋
Disliked: I didn't like the facts that the pool wasn't heated the kids were very disappointed 😒

Bad business

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: When we checked in, we saw a bus pulling up. The hotel had booked the hotel to a family having a reunion. My wife and I asked could we cancel our reservation they said that booking.com had to do it. I still haven't received my money back from the hotel.
