In Dallas for the gift show and shuttle service was good.

Liked: The staff was great; good room though the dresser needs to be replaced.
Disliked: The pool was too cold to swim.

Was very happy with our room and a comfy bed to sleep in.

Liked: Clean; friendly employees; wonderful room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The first room had a urine smell - it was very bad smelling. The secound room had the towel bar falling off the wall; the tub had rust stains in it; the plug were coming out of the walls and the shower head was detached from the wall. Room 702 was the one with the smell and 720 was the other one.

Disliked: You have to pay for parking if you gave a room

Disliked: Bar/restaurant was limited and closed early

Terrible stay at Embassy Suites...

Liked: The front desk supervisor extremely rude and not helpful at all. The rooms are old and in need of an update. Not happy with my stay at all.
Disliked: My room should have had a desk and did not. The front desk supervisor would not help or accommodate in any way. It was difficult for me to do my work with the room I was given. The bed was uncomfortable and the living area furniture was old and dingy.

Good for short stent

Liked: I liked that it had an option with either one king bed or two queen beds. I liked having the extra living room and dining area. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options!
Disliked: There was a fight in the pool that the police were called and some people were arrested. Also, one of the rooms the bathroom faucet did not work.

A nice place to stay.

Liked: Convienence to down town without having to stay down town. Love the outskirts location
Disliked: No shuttle transportation or access to public transportation
