Nice hotel with great services.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was very pleasant and clean.
Disliked: There wasn't much in walking distance from hotel but it was a short car ride away.

Disliked: The annoying woman called Kate who was working in the breakfast room cleaning tables. She was intrusive and loud.

Disliked: The shower water wasn't hot enough. And the mattresses were a little too hard. Other than that it was great!!!

Disliked: The only area of constructive criticism would be that Kate who works the breakfast room clean up for 5 days a week is extremely annoying and loud. She is abrasive and in your face all the time. It’s almost like she thinks it’s her “showtime”. She also wants to remove your plates and cups before you are even finished. People want to eat breakfast in peace. She is a bad reflection on the hotel and if I were in management, I would look to replace her with someone else. I didn’t reflect this in the rating given as I am sure she will be replaced soon.
