Disliked: Phones weren’t working and couldn’t reach staff for over 4 hours. Called customer service and they couldn’t reach front desk either.

Liked: I like the overall look of the hotel
Disliked: There’s a few things but overall my experience here was horrible and just to name a few AC not working, rude staffs, horrible service and and not clean at all
