The hotel was very nice....

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Needed more options on the menu same as for the dinner menu. Not really kid friendly in food choices.
Disliked: I didn't like the options on the menu at the restaurants

Pleasant

Liked: Hotel room was gorgeous and had great facilities.
Disliked: Area was not great. Lots of deprivation in and around area. Not the best place to stop on the way to/from Yosemite.

A quiet, safe, luxurious room...

Liked: Our room was cozy and comfortable, the bed was just right and the furnishings are attractive new and fresh. There was a record player and records.
Disliked: Street parking at arrival was a challenge - though we had a space in the parking garage overnight.

Exceptional

Wish I had the time...

Liked: Best breakfast that I've had in a while. Fresh local greens and very interesting menu. Staff was attentive and delightful. Historical building that was comfortable, interesting architecture, with a modern feel.
Disliked: The self parking was limited, and there was no choice but to use the valet service. Valet was very good. I was just hoping to have more options and more easy access to my car. But really, in the end that turned out to be fine too.
