VERY basic, worked out, but...
Liked: Useful location.
Disliked: No breakfast despite advertised on booking.com Only one pillow and no blanket. HVAC was broken (but working). Generally grimy and broken facilities despite the sticker on bathroom mirror explaining their 10 step cleaning plan (ha!). Several plugs and lights not working. Had to kick door to get it to open. Scores of cars parked up along the road and noise late into the night - something to do with a neighbouring restaurant/bar? All were gone by morning.

Liked: Nothing at all room was a disgrace 😤 AI hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at Econo Lodge from 04/18/25 to 04/19/25. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the expectations set by your misleading advertisement on Booking.comUpon booking my stay, I was drawn to your hotel due to the stunning photographs and enticing descriptions showcasing amenities, including the Clean rooms fresh bedding.a working tv a functional shower However, upon arrival, I was shocked to discover that the actual conditions were far from what was advertised.Specifically, the room was not clean, the amenities were not as advertised It appears there was a significant disparity between what was promised and what was delivered. This not only caused inconvenience but also led to a rather unpleasant experience. I had specifically chosen your hotel based on these features, which were a decisive factor in my booking. The lack of transparency is disheartening and, frankly, unacceptable.I believe it is essential for businesses to maintain honesty in their representations, as this fosters trust and ensures customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope you will take my feedback into consideration and reassess your marketing practices to avoid misleading potential guests in the future.Please respond to this letter at your earliest convenience. Liked: Nothing. Nasty area, nasty rooms and nasty employee. Didn’t stay there after seeing the room, it was not safe for habitat definitely not my 7 yr old. I asked to switch rooms due to mold and rust on almost every fixture and appliance in the room, you can tell the door had been previously kicked in and didn’t click in the lock properly. There was pimps and prostitutes hanging around the rooms and outside. It was so bad the security from the club next door kept comin to yell at them when we were checking in. I was told that I couldn’t switch rooms and they didn’t have maintenance staff to clean it so instead of subjecting my child to the unsanitary crime scene environment they called a hotel room, we had to make other arrangements.
Disliked: That it was close to the highway so I can get on it and find other sleeping arrangements.
