I didn't stay. They charged...

Liked: They booked me for a room they didn't have. Told me it was not supposed to happen. Tried to give me a tiny room to replace. When I said this won't work because it's Easter and I'm having family to visit. The guy told me I couldn't have people come over anyway so what does it matter. I finally got him to say they wouldn't charge me and we left. The charge is on my card. So I know have to go to the bank and stop payment. The room was supposed to be a 2 bedroom with livingg room. I received a 1 bed and tiny living room. I was with my son. 1 bed wouldn't work. They traded it for a 2 bed tiny hotel room. And told me my card wasn't charged. Well it is. The room freaked of cigarettes which instantly made me sick any way. I will for ever stay at Cranberry Lodge when I go to see family. They treat you right and rooms are nice sized and clean.

Great place to stay!

Liked: The price was amazing, staff very friendly. Easy check-in. Breakfast was like others, fruit, waffles, toast, bagels and good coffee. Didn't use the pool but there were family members using it.

Great place to stay!

Liked: Over the solid surface floor in the room. My dog was with me and is not used to carpet. She loved to room also. It was very quiet despite appearing to be near full capacity. I show animals; this was my first show at the fairgrounds but it will not be my last. I will be very happy to return as many times as needed. This was a very nice stay!
Disliked: Nothing except maybe the weather! The handicapped spot was a bit covered in snow. This can be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Just making sure the spot is cleared all around the edges, and possibly changing out a curb with gravel to a slope to concrete as you approach the hotel from handicapped spots would make a big and appealing improvement. Thank you!
