Great desk staff assistance both days. Our room was exactly what we expected when booking. Close to restaurants and shopping. We slept late due to comfy beds!

Attended two shows at the Orpheum Theater and for the price this place was great. We had no problems at all. Clean room; great, free breakfast and good price.

"Meh" place at an OK...

Liked: The place was mostly what I expected for the price. It was nothing special, but it was generally clean. The price was good and it felt like a fairly safe location, though the next morning I noticed a significant number of beggars that work the area as I got gas for my car. It was fine enough for an 8-hour stop over when passing through the area.
Disliked: The woman who checked me in was on her cell phone and talked the entire time I checked in. She only used hand motions and barked single words to me to instruct me on what she needed. It was pretty annoying. Despite the reservation saying there was breakfast, there was only coffee. They said they shut down the breakfast area and offered no reason for why they did or if/when it would re-open...so, do not plan on breakfast. The facility was very old with a few updates (lipstick-on-a-pig sort of thing). It had a pretty depressing vibe from when I walked in to when I left.
