Dirty, old, closed pool...super disappointed.

Liked: The beds were decently comfortable.
Disliked: We specifically chose this property because it said it had a pool. We got the kids all excited, bough them swim suits, arrived to check-in and asked what time the pool closes and they said "oh sorry, it's not open". Coooool, that would have been good to know before I spent nearly $300/night on this place. Then we got to the room to discover that it had no toilet paper, there was still trash in the bin from the last guest, there were no screens on the windows, and no air conditioners in the bedrooms. It was incredibly hot when we first walked in, we were so confused...turns out the heaters had been cranked up (not sure for how long) to the point in which one side of the heater was starting to bend from the heat. The stove/oven was straight-up from the 70s and there was old food in the mini-fridge. I reached out to Booking.com's customer service and have heard crickets in regards to this debacle. Super disappointing.
