Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. Laundry facilities available, free coffee/hot chocolate in reception. One of the receptionist was friendly and helped us check in a bit earlier
Disliked: The motel has some suspicious people hanging around at certain times, reception was locked sometimes due to this

Liked: Room modern, beds comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is good - close to civic centre.
Disliked: Stairs to top flor were a little slippery.
