Clean and comfortable. Good place to stay; would definitely recommend it to my friends.

We always stay at this hotel when in Riverside. The staff is just amazing, the beds are super comfy (tempurpedics are the best!), the hotel is clean and well lit - it feels very safe and secure. They have a free continental breakfast and a generous noon checkout time!

Great, but they accused us...

Liked: Breakfast was offered and it was complementary. Night staff was pleasant but did not go over smoking policy so we had an issue at the end of the stay. That was the only issue. Other than that we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the honey moon sweet and we were blown away. It was freaking amazing
Disliked: GIRL WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR RUINED A PERFECT STAR RATING FROM US. The morning staff girl with short black hair accused me and my spouse of smoking in the room!! We are smokers and we had the corner unit. We did not smoke in the room but just outside the door before we left for the day. Needless to say she took almost all of our deposit(50 Percent) because of this. I was very upset to be accused of something we didn't do. She insisted to keep arguing with me and accusing me. I was very insulted and pissed off. I do understand the policy to not smoke in the room. I don't even smoke cigarettes myself much less inside, but no one stated we couldn't smoke out side the room. Our fault for leaving the door open while we smoked though. She ruined what would have been the most perfect experience ever. The best 1 i have ever had. But it was all good. We would come back. But would smoke in our car instead.

Liked: Good location. Relatively quiet. Helpful housekeeping staff.
Disliked: Light/fan fixture falling off of ceiling in bathroom. Pillows too thick and firm, but housekeeping was able to provide a thinner, softer one. No breakfast on weekdays, and that provided on weekends was sad.

Simple motel near UCR

Liked: This is just a simple, basic motel - but very very noisy from traffic and other guests. I’d try not to stay here again.
