Disliked: No parking space, old building and very long walk on corridors, no fridge in room

Liked: I loved the connecting room which is actually why I picked the property But I did like the food the staff and the swimming pool. I did also do a spa treatment
Disliked: I was happy with everything but if I had to pick something I would say I wish the pool was open later or closed earlier for kids Because when ur not with small kids u want to either relax or swim a little and I couldn’t do that with kids there also maybe a little touch up in the connecting bathroom

Liked: The room was big, the bath was good , I liked the swimming pool, sauna and the steam room. I’m glad it was all included.

Disliked: During our stay, we faced several issues:1. First Night Problems: The windows in our room did not work properly.2. Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was not very clean, and the shower was fixed in place, making it difficult to wash the kids. We had to use a cup instead.3. Parking Issues: There was no available parking. The car park was small and always full. On the last night before checkout, I had to pay £15 to find a parking spot and leave my car there.4. Smoking Area: There was no designated smoking area, and smokers gathered in front of the hotel entrance, making access difficult. The smoke also seeped into the rooms.5. Room Amenities: Our room lacked a fridge, and the furniture was old and broken, with some pieces falling open due to gravity.6. Floor Condition: The floors were uneven and extremely noisy, which made us feel unsafe.7. Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was poor, with many people waiting in line for the buffet to be restocked.Overall, these issues significantly impacted our stay.
