It was perfect
Liked: It was so great to have a few drinks and dinner for free the food was filling we had a wonderful time I cant wait to go back
Disliked: I wish the salad didn't have spinach as I have a allergy I love salad .

Liked: The location
Disliked: Need a lot maintenance , need updates . Elevators are so dirty and smelly. The breakfast are is so crowded and dirty as well. They need a good management that can handle and hire mor personnel and pay them well for them to do a good job.

Liked: Love the kickback wall the stuff was really friendly
Disliked: I was hoping for a view for my birthday. I added on the comments. The view I had was pretty bad. It was just like the top of the building. But I know it’s understandable.

Liked: Location is great, I dont really have an issue with the Hotel, but the valet service was horrible. Staff is very rude and unprofessional, I was discriminated because of my race. I informed them that my car was full of bird droppings the first night we stayed at the hotel, and I asked if they could move it. Later, I had to pay for 2 days of parking, which isn't bad if you are receiving a service. The problem is that the treatment I received from the staff was too harsh; they raised their voice and told me I had to go to the front lobby to talk to them, which I told them I had already done. I tried to explain to them and show them the receipt that the 2 days of parking had been payed out and we were ready to leave the facility, but the staff refused to listen to me and said they didn't care, that they were a third party, and literally everyone around heard how terrible and discriminatory it was, ignoring me and expressing their inequality towards me, I wanted to cried and the staff athe front lobby went and explain the whole situation and she was so empathetic and reasonable, but still I had to go look for the key and after she showed that we had already paid for the service it seems incredible and totally unfair to me. She mentioned that they would refund the parking fee but so far I have not seen any notification or anyone trying to contact me. To be honest, the hotel offers excellent service and a great location and different amenities like a pool, spa, etc unfortunately the valet service ruins your stay in.
