Liked: Everybody was so friendly from the staff even to the guest but very clean very organized I ever I enjoyed my stay there I will be visiting very soon thank you so much believe it or not I actually miss them

Liked: The breakfast was awesome and the staff kept the food trays filled.
Disliked: That I had to go back home to California.

Overall positive experience.

Liked: The location was great! We loved the afternoon snacks and drinks! Such a great value and good options. The breakfast was also really great.
Disliked: One of the bed frames tapped loudly on the wall everytime my kid moved in bed. The elevators were not efficient. It was a long wait with luggage or a few times we just walked down.

Disliked: The elevators were so slow we had to take the stairs and there’s 23 floors you would have to wait 30 minutes sometimes for an elevator. And both pools and hot tubs were not clean enough to get into.
