Liked: The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The free breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel before, and the dinner with drinks coupon was such an exciting bonus! The pool and hot tub looked clean. I didn't get in because of the number of kids in the pool, but the outside area was gorgeous. Definitely will stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel can control! I didn't enjoy the amount of children in the hot tub at like 9 pm, especially when I am a mom on a little getaway. But, everything about the actual hotel was amazing!

Best Hotel Stay Ever

Liked: What was there not to like! I came for sun and relaxation and left with so much more. Absolutely the best experience. The hotel was clean, open, and inviting.The staff was delightful, friendly and engaging.You could tell the staff loves their job!!! I was given an upgrade to my room, which gave me a couch and chair. I loved sitting by the large window each morning drinking coffee to a bright and sunny start to my day. Free breakfast, and dinner/cocktail hour was a wonderful surprise. I enjoyed that the pool was in the sun yet also had shade. Plus a hot tub. I was here for leisure, and left energized. Altho I was sad to leave, I'm looking forward to my next stay. Thank you so much!!!
Disliked: The ONLY disappointment. I thought the hotel offered a shuttle from the airport. But my amazing stay over ruled my disappointment.

Liked: I'm a military parent so when I visit my kid the ONLY place I stay is Drury in Tempe. I always love the comfort and cleanliness. The staff is always nice and helpful. For the quality and location you always feel like you're getting the best deal.
Disliked: There's nothing to not like. Lol

Disliked: We usually stay at the Phoenix airport for the airport shuttle. It would have been nice to have an airport shuttle. You're only 12 minutes from the airport.

Liked: We were shocked at how well this hotel was run and the extras it provided. We were immediately welcomed by staff, told there was free popcorn and soft drinks in the lounge. The receptionist explained the free breakfast spread but ALSO the free appetizer spread that was more than enough for dinner. PLUS 3 FREE alcoholic drinks per person with the free appetizer bar. This place was immaculate!!!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like
