Not impressed!

Liked: The staff was very accommodating, the cookies were good too. The atmosphere was very relaxing as well as the ambience as you entered the hotel.
Disliked: Tiffany United States4.0Disliked · The fact that the features were far from accurate! There was no balcony view in the room that I booked, the water in the shower was hardly even lukewarm, (and this was in a renovated room), and there were no robes (when I asked about the robes, the employee laughed and said that they had never offered that service before), there was not a breakfast buffet, and we were not made aware, after paying for an inclusive breakfast, that we could order off of the menu. I was extremely disappointed, seeing as the reason why I chose Double Tree, was for all of the extra amenities. While dining at the restaurant, there was a gentleman there who was loud and obnoxious, and obviously over-served an abundance of alcohol, which made my experience there a little unbearable. I was in the middle of time-sensitive assignments, and this was quite unacceptable for the price I paid! Also, went to get ice and something to snack on from the Ice/Vending room, very dirty, with holes in the wall and in the base of the wall, and there was no vending machine around! It was late and I was, again, trying to get work done and did not want to go all the way to the lobby. Lazy on my part, yes, but an inconvenience to a guest as well.
