Liked: Location
Disliked: Filthy room. Stains on couch, carpet and comforter. Blood or feces on the curtains. Furniture worn out and damaged. Someone’s hair in the bed. Sticky TV remote.Personnel at check-in desk didn’t speak a single word during my check in. He literally just grunted then pointed at the register for me to pay and handed me a key card. No smile, no hello, no goodbye, didn’t tell me my room number or where to find the elevator. Literally no words.

Poor customer service/hospitality and incompetency....

Liked: This place went down the tubes for service. Became a college dormitory and kind of ghetto as well with the invasion of kids dropped off in busloads that take up a good chunk of the parking lot. I see no improvement with customer service here in years I have been staying. It is cheap for a reason. You will find the desk unoccupied frequently. They hide in the back. When there is it is always one worker checking you in or out and a line of people. Never a manager present, ever. They don't inspect rooms. If not an air conditioning unit down, a television is. Had to call maintenance. Had a wiring issue. They don't dust furniture in the rooms. Coated with dust. Rooms are 80's looking. Zero upgrades. Mattresses old and will kill your back, rugs old and dirty/worm. They will leave 1 soap that they expect you to share between sink and bathtub. They will check you into handicapped rooms with handicapped bathrooms that you did not request, and won't tell you upon checking you in. They will leave partial rolls of toilet paper with no new stock. They will supply you with two little coffee creamers even after you request in the res for extras. Don't even read the notes. They don't answer the phone at the desk following 45 rings, and when they eventually do you are put on hold. Their trash cans are overflowing with garbage outside the front canopy and gross, as is the stained sidewalk with beverage stains that are sticky as you walk into the lobby. They will not supply paper towels in the lobby restroom, even after telling them. Service universally is now sub par, but it has grown worse here. I try to avoid chains at all costs. The issue is in the quality of the hires. They just don't care. They are more interested in looking at their phones which is as clear as day when you observe them. $143.00/ nite you would think is a deal, but look at the experience you get. Pitiful. It mirrors 2025 and how bad it is out there.
Disliked: An overhaul of your employees who care and competency in management that is non-existent here

Liked: The location, the parking, the rooms
Disliked: The coffee maker and the shower. The shower didn’t fully turn on. Moody was coming out of the tub faucet
