The hotel was fine, but they made it very clear when we checked in and checked out that our stay would not count toward HHONORS Points since we booked through a third party. VERY disappointing. We were to get HHONORS Points for anything charged to the room, but the restaurant onsite did not have the capability to charge to the room due to a computer glitch. VERY disappointing again. We spent about $700 at a Hilton Hotel with no HHONORS points recognition.

Run down and worn out...

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: There was no phone in the bedroom and the phone in the living room did not work. They tried to get a phone working in the living room or the bedroom never could. So no phone at all to call my friends on the property. Bathtub stopper broken. Holes in carpet. Living room sheer pull missing. No bathrobe. One card key did not work. Patio off living room covered in leaves and a few bricks. Also on the patio was a bag of dog poop. So overall the property was okay, however the room was dirty and run down.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect since we were there to visit the Biltmore estate.
Disliked: Nothing

Room was fine but Never...

Liked: Terrible!! Cold (worked on restoring power while I was there). Couldn’t eat most of it. No comp - charged full price.
Disliked: Staff was in kitchen 90 per cent of time - including hostess. Chef (trying to fix heat to food) was rude.

We left a day early...

Liked: Lots of outlets in room! Pool and hot tub were great. Location- close to Biltmore, village and Asheville.
