Disliked: This is the worst hotel I've encountered in 10 years of traveling across more than 20 countries worldwide.A terrible, unfriendly reception that will ignore you for an hour because they're on an important phone call with a friend. And this is at 4 AM when you need to check in and rest a bit before your next flight. You'll be waiting for the administrator in a dirty lobby that smells of sewage.Most importantly, they can easily deny you check-in, arguing that you don't have the card with which the hotel was paid. Imagine the situation: your parents or relatives are flying to you with a flight to Toronto, you book them a hotel. At the reception, they ask for a security deposit, you say you can give cash, but they respond that without the bank card used to pay for the room, they won't let you in. You try logically explain that it was paid by the husband/son/daughter, to which they simply reply that they can't help.And this is at 4 AM! After a 20-hour flight! Moreover, the "friendly" administrator won't even let you use the restroom and will ask you to leave the premises as soon as possible.As previously stated, during my stays in numerous hotels, I have never experienced treatment as atrocious and devoid of humanity as this.Neither Booking's support nor the hotel's assistance were helpful in resolving this issue. Everyone refers to the information being sent via email, but after checking again, I found no mention that one must have the exact bank card used to book the hotel, and no other card would be acceptable in this situation.

Disliked: When I booked the hotel I was told that I will have the breakfast but I wen I was at the hotel the staff told me that my booking had no breakfast. Even water I had to pay This is bad experience I don't recommend any one to stay in this hotel The staff could not help me regardless of my 4 days stay in the hotel.

Liked: all good except technical problem with check-in4 ATTEMPTS with different Credit Cards...each time >>>> DECLINED(used 3 different cards)..........then it was suggested to try another terminal.....SUCCESS.........the problem was NOT our C/C after all !!!!!!!!!
