Liked: The room was nice and the hotel is in a good location. Everything else was horrible
Disliked: Absolutely filthy. Dirty dishes left out from breakfast until the next day. Unbearable noise level. I would never stay here again.

Disliked: 1. The staff ranged from indifferent at the desk to unfriendly at the restaurant 2. It was a little worn3. No one told us that the shuttle to the cruise terminal was included or that there was a sign up list at check in

Exceptional

Liked: We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and inviting. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and the waiter was so attentive and friendly! We took a walk around the marina and enjoyed that too. We also walked to the nearby church for Sunday mass feeling safe in the surrounding community.

Bad

Comfortable but needs some maintenance...

Disliked: Leaky roof on the 3rd floor with buckets in the hallway, mold on the window panes.
