Liked: Location, staff friendly and room clean
Disliked: The bed mattress was flat and sunken in toward the headboard. It was very noticeable that the mattress was not turned. The room carpet needed shampooing.

Good value and location in...
Liked: The warm choc chip cookies!!! The (unheated) pool.
Disliked: The noisy fan in the bathroom every time you turned on the light. At check-in, they did not charge me the booking.com price I was guaranteed and I had to plead to get it corrected.

Liked: Location. Cleanness.
Disliked: We stayed for 3 nights. We used parking for one night only, and notify it twice. The first charge was for three nights, and upon our comment was corrected for one night.Two bottles of water were each night on the table. It seems to be free as in other hotels, but we were charged by 6$ per night!

It was at birthday weekend...
Liked: I loved how welcoming and informative the valet were , it was our first time and they helped us out with finding places to enjoy ! The staff was nice but the valet staff had high energy and quick on their feet ! Loved leaving seeing them and they speak and ask about our plans , they told us spots we should try and etc
Disliked: At night , nobody was downstairs .

Disliked: We paid for a king bedroom, but our room had two double beds. When we requested to switch to the room we paid for, we were told that Hilton doesn’t have to give the customers the room they paid for, but they are only required to give “a room” when customers book through Booking.com. It was an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. Do not book Hilton through Booking.com, as clearly you are on your own when the hotel gives you an inferior room.
