Decent location with great staff.

Liked: The Boo Yah! Restaurant is very convenient, 24 hours gym is great. Staff were friendly & helpful. I booked the room to include breakfast, boo yah couldn’t find anything on their side. I went to the front desk and it still showed up on my bill, the front desk took care of it.
Disliked: Kept hearing foot steps as if someone walked into my room. Breakfast at Boo Yah was not buffet style and overpriced for what it is.

Liked: I liked the location. It was convenient for an event nearby I was attending. The room was clean and beds comfy.
Disliked: From checking in to leaving, I did not feel welcomed. I felt like an inconvenience. Each time I tried to ask a question, I was met with a dismissive reply.When I booked my reservation it stated on the Booking.com app that it included free breakfast but was told rudely at front desk that my room did not include it.Also, I called to inquire about the shuttle service at Doubletree and was instructed to make arrangements when I arrive.After arriving, I was told the shuttle was already booked by a wedding party and it was only servicing those attendees. So ultimately I had to pay for Ubers and breakfast.Very misleading. I would have stayed at another hotel but thought this one provided the best value and logistics for what I needed.
