Major management involvement needed to compete with good LA hotels. Will not go there again.
Liked: Bed comfort; staff; shuttle.
Disliked: Room size; handicapped aids; menus; lack of real restaurant; value.

Although I thought this hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly, for what I paid I could have gotten much more somewhere else. I thought it was pretty tacky that they charge for overnight parking, it's not like you are going to park for only a few hours. $32 is too much to park when your room is already upwards of $300 for a standard room. Also my pet peeve - one packet of sugar and one creamer might look nice and appointed in the coffee caddy in the room, but not very realistic. Also, if you are sharing a room with someone, make sure to bring your own toiletries, because there will not be enough shampoo for 2 people. But then again, aesthetics are an important part of the illusion of luxury. The rooftop garden was beautiful and peaceful. Location was perfect. Overall good experience but a bit pricey for what is offered, but then again that's LA for ya.

Disliked: Bathroom was extremely small, the room was loud from traffic and construction. Air was broken so room was very hot.

Liked: I could access my room.
Disliked: Stayed for 5 nights for a work trip. The day after I returned I was charged $200 for 'missing items': a soap dish tray, a pillow, the ice bucket, and the ice bucket tray. I did not take anything and they would not refund. I am now disputing through Chase.

Unfortunate night at LA
Liked: It was very unique, I can?t compare it with other Hilton hotels which I visited before.
Disliked: I expect to spend the night with my friend. But he didn?t come. It doesn?t about the property, but I memorize things in this way.

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: With all of the updated information from the CDC, you still perpetuate COVID Myth and had no restaurant/room service. After traveling 6hr and then working for 12, hotel staff called my room in the middle of the night. ?Yo, you gotta come down stairs right now?. When I asked why, he told me that only access card holders can be in the room. I told him that I was sleeping and he told me ?nah, you gotta come? then said something to another employee, then hung up. During times like this, you reduced the amenities available to your patrons and had the audacity to charge full price for the room, and an additional 40$ to park in a mostly empty parking structure! What a shame. I?ll never Stay with you again!

Not worth what I paid.
Liked: The staff was kind, helpful and very accommodating.
Disliked: My restroom floor was full of hair from previous guest and my toilet wasn?t the cleanest. And, my room looked old and run down. The maids need to clean every crevice of the rooms, and a hotel room renovation is overdue for the entire hotel.
