Very friendly staff. This is the 3rd time I've stayed with DoubleTree and each time is a great experience.

Disliked: We filled out the breakfast menu that hangs on the door but never received it.

I have stayed there numerous times and love the hotel but I booked on here and got charged the wrong amount. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund of the overpayment I made.

Liked: Awesome hotel.
Disliked: Got charged way more than I was supposed to.

Awesome downtown location. Great room prices. Great rooms and service. No continental breakfast is served at this hotel though.

Liked: Great location. Great prices. Great service. Love the beds and pillows. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
Disliked: No continental breakfast is served at this hotel.

Our stay was great. Great service; hotel and rooms were clean; the bed and pillows were awesome, along with the extra large, fluffy towels. We had a great stay overall!

Liked: Great service. Great bed, pillows and linens.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say about our stay.
