Nice staff but not great...

Liked: The staff was friendly and nice
Disliked: They charge $23 for parking in the garage which is ridiculous! They told me they consider the hotel part of downtown but it’s about 5 miles north of downtown. I asked for a quiet room that didn’t face the highway but the room I got faced the back of a store and my first night there was a truck at loading dock very early in the morning. The layout of the rooms in the hallway from where the elevator banks are is very confusing as well. The walk from elevators you have to go through multiple doors and make way too many turns . One night I had trouble sleeping as well as someone 2 doors down was on speaker on a phone conversation, the walls are thin.I stayed here as I attended a conference in hotel so it was convenient.

We will not stay there...

Disliked: Our bathroom door didn’t close, and the vent didn’t work either. Nobody cared. So I assume they don’t care about mold either.All rooms face the inner courtyard where the pool is, and the noises from there echo loudly.

Liked: Friendly staff. Checked in late and it was quick. Sent me to my room with water and cookies.
Disliked: Walking to my room on the fifth floor, the hallway was smelly. The room was really warm and took a while to cool. Wasn't able to connect my Mac to WiFi. Unable to watch television - every channel froze.
