Liked: The staff are gorgeous, so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and I asked for lots of pillows which were on the bed when I arrived. There is a snack bar in the lobby which is handy as most flights come in late so you can grab a bite with ease before going to bed. The pool was perfect, plenty of space and shade which you need in the NT heat. The refurbishment of the hotel has been done well - and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No water in the fridge in the room and I wasn’t sure if it was ok to drink fm the tap ad there wasn’t any signage. Housekeeping starts early and I wasn’t advised and was woken up by them one morning.

Decent for the price

Liked: The location was great and it was decent for the price.
Disliked: Very outdated hotel and not what I would consider “Hilton”. There was also a 21st birthday held in a very random space in the hotel, while we were swimming in the pool. Everyone was watching us swim and we had to walk through the party while we were dripping wet to get back to the room. It was just awkward.

Liked: Good location on the Esplanade and excellent buffet breakfast. Chef and staff did an exceptional job!
Disliked: Starting to look a bit tired and in need of refurbishment.
