Liked: It was very clean, I love the bar and food. The pools were great and location was prime.Desk staff was excellent all weekend during every shift
Disliked: More chairs in pool area, toilet took long time to flush in any bathroom

Bad

Disliked: I was there for a conference and had a horrible experience. The room had cockroaches and upon arrival, we noticed hair in the tub, and a refrigerator that had stains, the shower also had a slow drain so water rose when we showered. We wiped that down and went about our day however, that night the toilet stopped up, called front desk, and they said maintenance wasn’t available until the morning, so we had no in room restroom to use until the next day. After calling and going to the front desk, they sent someone and told me I would we compensated for all of my inconveniences, then when they saw I booked with booking.com, they said they couldn’t do it because I booked through a third party. After reaching out to Hilton and Booking they say they couldn’t come to an agreement and provide pictures. Who takes pictures of roaches and stopped up toilets. I am unhappy with the entire process.

Liked: I'm upset with Booking.com because we had a problem with the room had bugs in the room and we had to be changed to another room and got no compensation for it. they the hotel put the onis on booking.com saying since i booked though you guys I had to go back to you guys for help or some sort of compensation. but I couldn't get back to you guys because even though I had your number i didn't have the four number pass call to complete the code and that's not good. I think that should change. if there's a problem we the customer should be able to contact you.

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Roach crawling the wall. Bathroom not clean upon arrival. Housekeeping never came the entire time I was there.

Disliked: the room I got was not the room featured on the website. The safe was not functional, the sink stopper didn’t work, and the room had roaches
