Lovely hotel; great value; pleasant staff and very helpful; close to all areas of interest.

Disliked: Very thin walls in rooms - can hear everything next door.

Can't praise the staff enough. We arrived and were running late to get to an appointment and they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and helpful.

Liked: Great stayover for visiting Glasgow. My daughter recommended it, now Im recommending it. Location, the on site parking and comfy family room are big plus points.

Liked: The offer of a drink while waiting for check- in. Free Snacks served with drink in the bar was nice too.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Tea making at breakfast time would have been easier if the milk was in the same place as tea maker or if milk was on the table, instead of having to go back to buffet area
