In spite of the low reviews I chose to stay at this Days Inn. Older, outdated and in need of restoration but it was near the conference and much less expensive. My wife and I appreciated very much our stay in Orlando and enjoyed our experience at Days Inn Orlando Near Millenia Mall. Thank you staff.

Liked: Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean. The bed was good and sheets were clean and straightened up each day. The breakfast that was provided was very good. All of the personnel were courteous and responded to our needs.
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights. There was a mix up in the housekeeping department and towels did not get washed and returned to the rooms. There was one lady who remembered our asking about the towels and had promised we would get towels. She kept her promise and at 5:00AM she knocked on our door and delivered our promised, clean, neatly folded towels.

Hotel staff were very professional took very well care of us. The only issue was there were bed bugs.

Disliked: Bed bugs.

Bad, I regret it

Liked: Room was okay
Disliked: AC was very loud and probably needed parts or maintenance , it turned on and off every 10 minutes and each time made an aweful loud noise, also the staff was rude,

Cheap and good enough but...

Liked: Easy to park and get to room.
Disliked: Other tenants. Noisy. Can’t block out light from window enough. Tub would not seal for bath.

Disliked: Safety, security and cleaning

Disliked: The shower. The glass that up you really can’t set you water until you get in the shower.

Disappointing

Liked: Good was average. I wasn’t saying on these dates had appointment with Orlando health institute for surgery they moved the appointment to Monday 28 paid for the 27 night called to move appointment to Sunday night 27 booking.com was canceled that night ended up paying for the night and didn’t stay did stay 27th so paid for a night and didn’t stay I will not be using booking.com. Ever again and in the near future I’ll be having treatment at hospital for many days BUT not booking with booking.com I was told I was a loyal member but not treated that way I’ll be using Hotel.ccm BYE
Disliked: Paid for a night that I didn’t stay for medical reasons booking.com should have not charged me for that night very much not understanding I’m not using booking.com ever again
