Fun and relaxing

Liked: Proximity to Levi’s stadium
Disliked: Difficult to get to if returning to the property, have to get on freeway to get off. Hotel menu did not offer great options for kids

Liked: The staff was very helpful. The room was large and clean.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Our first night was very loud next door neighbors were loud and they didn't quiet down until 2 a m not too happy with that.

Exceptional

Walking distance to Levi Stadium

Liked: We stayed at this location on two separate nights (Friday and Sunday). The first night we were given a room in the outdoor garden area which wasn’t a bad location but we were put upstairs and there wasn’t an elevator so we had to carry all of our bags up a flight of stairs. Be aware of that. The room was clean but the noise from the AC vent coming from the bathroom was too noisy and there was a flashing light from the smoke detector that flickered all night. Both were disruptive when we tried to sleep. I knew better the second time so I called ahead and requested a room on the first floor which I received We had no problems with flickering lights or noises from the room. The staff was accommodating and courteous. They even comped our parking for the inconvenience of not having an elevator for their garden area rooms.
Disliked: There is no elevator to their second floor rooms outside in the garden area. Be aware of that when booking.

Bad

Great and comfortable stay.

Liked: The cleanliness was my absolute favorite part in the stay. All questions asked were asked in a timely manner. Loved how parking was very accommodating and they had me park in a great area real close to our room.
Disliked: One thing I did not care for was they do not offer a continental breakfast unfortunately. Breakfast was good from restaurant cafe but again a continental breakfast would be nice. Specially to just grab a coffee and a bagel.

Superb

Liked: There's no escalator at this location which maybe not decribed in the statement when we were booking. The stairs are not too long to the 2nd floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to use their microwave in their stocking room.
