Disliked: The facility was closed and they had to remodel.I drove there and still had to find another place I asked for at least a courtesy room stay for my inconvenience of driving all the way there.

Liked: Nothing we got there to check in and it had been closed down. Men were there taking things out and loading them into a U Haul truck. I booked this room either late February or early March . Never received anything about it being shut down. The only thing I’m glad about is I hadn’t paid for it but they did take my credit card information.
Disliked: I found this on the window: a notice the city of Springfield OH all the signs were gone, thought they were just remodeling

Worst hotel I ever stayed...

Liked: Very quiet. No road noise. No guest noise because there were no other guests,
Disliked: Front desk- Indian guy did not speak English. No elevator. No door knob on door at top of stairs. Roof leak in hallway. Buckets in hallway. Horrible toilet, Filthy rust stains in bowl. Carpet had a tripping hazard. NO HOT WATER. None! Ran water for 15 mins and still no hot water. Ice cold. I could not take a shower. No towel in room. Nobody at front desk to check me out in the morning. A sign with a phone number to "call for assistance" on front desk. I called twice , no answer, went to voice mail. This is, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! I will never stay at another Days Inn no matter what the price is. Better off spending a couple extra bucks for a real hotel.

Liked: I did NOT stay here, there was a hot water issue. The man at the front desk told me this and to cancel through booking.com but the refund STILL has NOT been sent through, causing VERY MUCH AGGRAVATION for me AND MY FAMILY!!
Disliked: WHERE IS MY MONEY???

Liked: Worst hotel ever. Got there. Nobody at the desk said to call the number and when you call it nobody answered. Says your call cannot go through when finally somebody came out after waiting 15-20 minutes hollering knocking on doors. She says oh our boilers down. If you want to stay you won't have hot water and this was at 9:00 at night. Had to find another hotel and pay twice as much for last minute booking. Never again
Disliked: While waiting for somebody to come to the desk, my husband tried to use the restroom. He said the whole thing smelled like you're in in the changing table was laying on the floor with all the screws. He said it was disgusting

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: The booking stated that breakfast was included, but due to electrical issues, no breakfast was available.
