The location was the best...

Disliked: Some lights didn’t work in our room what looked like black mold was all throughout the bathroom which had the toilet against the wall and as a bigger person being 6’4 330ib made that pretty cramped as well as a part of the ceiling was also cracked and slightly falling in. The knob in the bathtub also fell off at one point, and I was able to secure it back thankfully. The staff was kind but when brought to their attention they didn’t seemed too fazed by it.

Terrible experience had made us...

Liked: Nice location. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Thin walls. Extremely noisy neighbors that the front desk did nothing about, so we barely slept all week. Trash truck woke us up at around 3 AM every morning picking trash up. Horrible internet made working in the room nearly impossible. Kept disconnecting during meetings. Tiny bathtub. Water was only hot one day out of eight. Housekeeping tried to enter our room five seconds after knocking one day without waiting for a response and I was getting dressed. Thankfully, we had the secondary latch engaged. Ice machine barely had any ice and our room had no ice bucket.
