Disliked: Room smelled, cigarette burn in sheet and towel, stain on bed and towel, air conditioner didn't work properly, tv remote didn't work, one lamp had no bulb. Overall bad experience.

We won’t likely stay there...
Liked: The bed and linens were great, so comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was in need of repair and updating with stains in the tub. The area didn’t feel entirely safe.

Staff is worthless
Disliked: Trying to check in and no one at the front desk. Call no one answered only for an employee to call from personal cell. And here they come and pulling the cordless phone out their pocket. But wasn't answering it totally unacceptable

Liked: Location. Pool looked nice but weather was too cool and rainy to use

If you are desperate for...
Liked: The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: First of all the grounds were full of litter and unkept with trash in the landscaping. The awnings were all split and it was pouring rain.We figured they were remodeling so we didn't mind that the rooms were outdated. The TV was missing remote, the programing box, the cable was not connected. When I called the front desk the line was dead. I had to call on my cell phone. They did get it fixed.There were only a few people staying so why would you put all the guests right next to each other? The second night a family checked in around 10 pm and woke us up. The children were very noisy yelling outside to each other and kept us up for an additional hour. Breakfast was the biggest problem or a bad joke. There was a cheap loaf of bread, kid cereal, and several apples. Thank goodness there was a Dunkin Donuts next door. The room was also filled with mattresses piled up on one side. Solution to these problems are:1. Keep the grounds presentable while remodeling. 2. Have a list of rooms that are tenant ready.3. Store the spare parts in an empty room guest.

Disliked: One of the personal at the front desk went by hear say of other hotel residents about a rumor in our room but should have came to the room to check it out plus could have checked the camera in front of our room door but they didnt?
