Liked: The room was great. Loads of room and nice and modern. Walk in shower was a bonus as I have mobility issues. Good facilities Spar, Costa and McDonalds althought not used by myself.
Disliked: Was confusing to get to. It was sign posted for the entrance but then signs saying only authorised persons to enter. Also my room was next to the door in the hallway. Every time someone came through it banged. Maybe something can be done to soften the door.

Liked: Lovely big family room. Very clean and good value for money.
Disliked: The pillows were very thick and hard. They were not comfortable.

Really nice staff accommodating our...

Liked: Really nice staff, accommodating our request for a quiet room due to having a small dog, right on M1 but no traffic noise. The hotel has been refurbished and was excellent value a must if travelling south to north.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike
