Friendly staff, clean and comfortable...

Liked: Reception staff were excellent. The older lady (Apologises I forget her name) was very nice and friendly, treated me as a friend not just as a customer.

Very good

Liked: Very near to Chartwell where we wished to visit.
Disliked: Position amidst other services. No provision of breakfast and having to go and get breakfast in the service area was not brilliant. Our satnav took us a rather roundabout route to get to Days Inn!

Liked: Staff were excellent.
Disliked: For a room advertised as an accessible room it would be better to have a shower than a bath which could not be used. Chair was missing from room.

The staff were lovely and...

Liked: The room was a lovely size
Disliked: They forgot to clean the room but we were only there a short time (3 nights) and we are clean people, they could not apologise enough for the error they were lovely.
