Liked: I had to leave very early morning and was surprised to be given breakfast in a brown bag- much appreciated.

Served purpose for short stay.

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Needs repairs/maintenance; dents throughout room. Our room door was left open with sheets on the floor, holding the door open.

The place clearly served it...

Liked: Very good location for the airport. Shuttle service was good. One the way to the airport, the shuttle made 2 stops for pick ups before the airport, and 2 stops to discharge passengers before my terminal. I had no checked baggage. From pick up at the hotel through security took 30 minutes!!!
Disliked: Breakfast was not so great. Egg omelets (I think that's what they were) were edible. The "Danishes" were also edible. I did not partake of the Frosted Flakes.

Perfect for overnight layover at...

Liked: Great place to stay for overnight layover at SFO. The shuttle made it so convenient and stress free. It is simple but super clean and amazing service. They even packed us a little to go breakfast as we left at 4:00 a.m. (nice surprise)
