Nice place; seemed like a low crime area. Rooms were nice.

Liked: Great location. Fairly quiet.
Disliked: Maids left a bleach tag on my clothes.

Liked: The boy in the from desk was really friendly, kindly and helpfully.
Disliked: the room smell really bad, look old and i think the place is not safe for me.

Liked: Helpful staff, value for money. Room is big.
Disliked: Not good to walk outside at night time. Not quite sure if the area is safe. If you are with friends, that's okay.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Hygiene...

Liked: The location and the mattress.
Disliked: I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was unacceptable. As soon as we arrived and entered our room, we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom. We tried to stay calm and overlook it, thinking it might be an isolated incident. However, on our second night, we saw another cockroach—this time alive and quite large—crawling around the room.We called the front desk for help, and a staff member came up and killed it. Instead of showing any concern or offering an apology, he simply said that cockroaches are “unexpected.” What made the situation worse was that he returned later just to mock us, laughing and making fun of us for being afraid of a cockroach, saying things like “how can you be scared at your age?” This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.The presence of cockroaches is a clear sign of poor hygiene, and the attitude of the staff only added to our discomfort. This was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good proximity

Liked: Room is clean and quiet. Close to downtown Dallas.
Disliked: There is only cold breakfast items. Maybe an upgrade would be appreciated.

Comfortable beds adequate breakfast clean...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner was perfect . The water pressure in the shower was terrific . The fridge kept everything nice and cold. The breakfast was basic but just perfect for us. Choice of cereals toast fresh muffins juice and coffee. More than enough to start the day.
Disliked: When we arrived the man at the desk was talking on his phone to someone via EarPods the entire time whilst checking us in. Extremely rude. There wasn’t any coffee/tea making facilities supplied as per their listing. When I asked about it they said they had a problem with the listing. It also stated that the unit was entirely on the ground floor and suitable for wheelchair access. It was actually on the first floor which wasn’t a problem to us but could be a problem for someone else. The bathroom was very small and extremely hot.
