In general I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else unless there were some maintenance issues taken care of and a new staff were hired who enjoyed customer service.

Disliked: I put the rating of "disappointing" not because I expected a 5 star hotel for the price that I paid but because I do expect for a hotel to be safe in all aspects and clean. We always get a hotel with a pool for entertainment for our kids because we don't have a lot of money to spend when we go somewhere but the pool was dirty and cloudy. Safety was definitely an issue. The bar to hold onto to walk down the steps into the pool was loose which is dangerous and the ladder to climb out of the pool was also loose. When I sat in one of the pool lounge chairs it cracked and I only weigh 145 lbs. There were a lot of lights in the walkways that were blinking constantly or just out. The rooms were not very clean, hence the roach we found, and the front desk people were not very friendly - like they would rather be somewhere else. Like I said I realize this was not a 5 star hotel, but I have been in one before that was just as old but the staff were super friendly, willing to do whatever needed to be done to make us, the paying customer, satisfied with our stay. Attitude goes a long way.

Liked: Location it had a pool and fairly reasonable price
Disliked: Pool closed at 8 pm and had no clean rags in room had one towel n hand towel . non smoking smelled like been smoked in no toilet paper in room nor soap pool didn't open till 10 am in the morning. Seen a cockroach in room and part of the wall trim was missing around the sink area

Disliked: Pool wasn't open and everything was torn up and out of date no smoke detector TV would cut off during watching TV nasty towels and wash cloths no breakfast and juices that was included and something was stuck in the toilet and when booking online you can't go by the pictures and this is our 1st time staying in a hotel with problems but it will definitely be our last time

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The lobby smelled like urine. The room was disgustingly disgusting! The window was broken. There was hair in the refrigerator (picture#1)& the refrigerator smelled like old corn chips. There was no coffee pot/maker like it says on the Web site. The breakfast was a " grab&go" is what the front desk person called it, which was a chewy granola bar,child size & a pack of instant oatmeal. The website does not say "grab&go" it says "good breakfast". The microwave did not work in the room. The elevator was out of order the first 2 nights we were there. The 2 towels that were in the room, you might as well say they were for an infant child they were so small. They said they were gonna move our room to another one and never did. Oh, there was what looked like snot spit on the window seal. (Picture#3)HORRIBLE! I wouldn't have paid one penny for this had I known. The pictures on the website are NOT what this hotel looks like! There was only a half a roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for more. I have more pictures but can only put 4. The window was sorry and broken(picture#4)

Liked: That when I complained about the first room they changed it after the key didn’t work and I couldn’t get into the room.
Disliked: When I got to the property, they put me in a room that smelt real bad after the key wouldn’t work and a worker had to come open the door. then they put me in another room towards the front, but the TV didn’t work when I got ready to take a shower. They had nothing but one hand rag in there and when I asked the desk, they said they were washing all the towels, but I didn’t have any from the beginning.To top it off they charged me a different price from what was quoted

Disliked: The fire alarm in the room wouldnt stop chirping. Brought it to the attention of the 3 men at the front desk and they said they would take care of it and never did. The bed sheets were stained and when you went outside all you could smell is weed.

Disliked: We did not stay. We checked in, had two rooms which was on the third floor. The elevator was very creaky and we were unsure if it would stop, rooms were very nasty, bugs, stains on bed, dirty, disgusting. We left. Hallways reeked of pot.
