Good location but horrible manager...

Disliked: I honestly do not understand how this hotel continues to advertise itself as a 4-star establishment. It simply does not deserve that rating.To start with, there was not enough parking space despite the fact that we were charged for it. The lift is the tiniest I have ever seen -it barely fits two people, making it extremely inconvenient. The rooms themselves were disappointing, with old, torn, and dirty carpets that gave a very shabby impression.What made matters worse was the attitude of the management. The manager was not at all helpful and, frankly, she seemed discriminatory in her behaviour, which left us feeling very uncomfortable.

Liked: Food was very good, staff were friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Air conditioning in room and clean.
Disliked: Be nice if bathroom soaps and such could be replaced after use.

I will give them 8/10

Best choice for a family...

Liked: Hotel right in front of the beach, an amazing view of the sea, comfortable room, delicious food. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool in front of the hotel.
