Liked: The location of this hotel is its strong point. The room was clean, but there are areas such as the carpets, walls, mattress, and floors that need improvement, even though the hotel has been partially renovated. The actual indoor pool is located in the hotel next to it.

Liked: Excellent Location, Walkable from Town centre.. Room was clean and Tidy and the breakfast was hot and filling..
Disliked: Car parking an issue.. Get there early and its pure luck if you get a space.. Had to park on the Cliff road outside..

Fantastic stay

Liked: Perfect location for a group of friends wanting to be local to the centre. Lovely sunny day so perfect setting out by the pool. Excellent breakfast and lunch options. Close to the beach. Overall, a lovely stay.
Disliked: Minor complaint- the lift was very small and slow

Liked: It was a lovely location, close to all amenities. The hotel had a good ambience and the bedrooms very comfortable.
Disliked: We felt it was let down by not having bottled water in the room on arrival, having travelled for 4hours, it would have been very welcome. A minor observation but very valid.

A good value hotel in...

Liked: The staff were all excellent - both friendly and professional at all times. The position on the cliff top and therefore the view from our room was lovely. I also really appreciate a comfy chair when I am eating and they only have comfy ones. It was convenient to be able to eat in the hotel, where the service food and staff were all good. I was also able to bring my small dog.
Disliked: The mattress and bedding could have been better and perhaps a bit more luxe as could the room furnishings
