Disappointed with the hotel, very...

Liked: The breakfast was amazing and it’s close enough to the centre to walk into either Bournemouth or Boscombe
Disliked: I paid extra for a balcony and I dont think it had been cleaned in weeks, I had my own glasses in the room to drink from and house keeping took them and only one was returned. Parking is very expensive and not the best.

Liked: The outside pool is fantastic. The lobby was very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely to have a balcony in the room.
Disliked: Lift was far too small, wouldn’t take my babies pram. Shame we didn’t know in advance, but staff were helpful. Hotel allowed dogs and room and dog hairs, not ideal with a baby

Overall, for the time we...

Liked: It was a 10 minute walk from the beach, we liked the old fashioned decoration inside.
Disliked: It looked out dated from the outside, direction to entrance was not clearly displayed. The room we stayed in had a little mold in the corners of the shower. Bed mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the gab between the two single beds that were pushed together to make a double bed. Mattress was very springy in areas making it a little sore when we slept.
