Excellent location, our room was...

Liked: The property location was excellent. The overall cleanliness was good. The staff on hand were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We found our room to be tired in its decor and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and the extractor fan didn’t work. In short, I felt our room (430) was in need of a refit.

Liked: The reception area seems very modern spacious and clean
Disliked: We had a disabled room, not requested. I am unable to see how a disabled person would actually use the room. The bed is so tight next to the wall down one side, the side with the distress cord on it, I struggled myself to get in and out of the bed, not sure how a person with a disability would mange. The room also had the thinnest connecting door so you could hear the next door people talking, which they did late into the night. Also it seems every door bangs which was not welcomed first thing in the morning. Our room over looked the road, the windows appeared to be old and not very sound proof, especially given the busy road
