Finding the hotel was difficult,...

Liked: Modern and clean and central
Disliked: No signs at the back for the carPark and the signage at the front is poor as it looks like an entrance for the convention centre. No hot water in the morning. Everything else was good, huge bed, decent size room, nice modern feel and good breakfast

Liked: Cleanliness, location, helpfulness of restaurant staff with dietary requirements.
Disliked: The car parking spaces were very small. Difficult to get in between the pillars and other cars. Dangerous. Only two disabled spaces.

Liked: Great location. Comfortable room.
Disliked: The soap dispensers were located high on the wall in the shower/bath, so when sitting ing the bath, it was impossible to reach the liquid soap dispensers. We asked Reception for a bar of soap to use in the bath, but none was available.

Good place to stay over,...

Liked: restaurant was very good, nice hot food served in a timely manner. Staff helpful, but did stand too close whilst having private conversations. Room was a good size and had everything you need. Beds a bit firm but I do suffer with a bad back my husband slept fine.
Disliked: Car park was a challenge, limited spaces that fit todays cars, lots of concrete posts making parking very difficult. Also a gang of kids were hanging out in the car park smoking weed, which stunk.

Conveniently located modern hotel.

Liked: Car parking on site was convenient - EV charging was useful. Hotel location is very good for town centre.
Disliked: Some renovation work was going on at the hotel while we were there, breakfast seemed a little chaotic
