Quick and easy to walk to the arena. Nice area beside the lake. Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Generous breakfast.

Liked: Perfect location for the arena. Very convenient to be able to park at the hotel.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well proportioned with a comfortable bed. Food was good, especially the wide choice at breakfast.

Disliked: Couldn't find anything to complain about! :-)

Good choice for the LG Arena and would certainly use again for this venue.

Hotel was spotless, instructions were given for heating/air conditioning system! Easy to find and close to LG Arena and Birmingham NEC complex. Currently going to be a huge cinema and more built soon! Will definitely stay and spend longer there. I tried to go all the way around in revolving doors like Miranda Hart, but failed miserably as sensors detect when people walk in and out so don't continue all way around (just thought I'd mention it in case you tried it or was dared to do it!).

Liked: Fantastically close to LG Arena; lovely comfortable room with everything we needed. Problem was resolved and couldn't ask for better service. Will be definitely staying again.
Disliked: Reception asked house keeping to make up sofa bed and it didn't happen. Lovely night porter, Michael, sorted the situation out!
