Pleasant staff.

Liked: The cosy and comfortable environment.
Disliked: Asked twice for slippers but none brought to the room. We had to go down to the counter the next morning to ask for them.

Liked: The rooms and shower room were fab.. The tea coffee , hot chocolate and biscuit choice was great. Thought the bar area was very nice too and lovely spread for breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Just a little extra help from staff could of been better as I was on my own with a BuggyBack pack Trunkie suitcase And large suitcase No one offered to take anything to my room so I was a bit upset over that. But overall very good

One night is enough

Liked: The location was perfect for the short walk to the airport
Disliked: The staff were a bit unprofessional where one of them was clearly not happy about something as we could hear him the other side of the lounge area. The hotel was not very busy and there seemed to be more staff waiting about than residents sitting having a meal like us. We had a burger that was ok. The wine was ok as well. The bed was not comfortable and having one very thin pillow didn’t help either.
