Disliked: We booked a king room and they gave us a room with two double beds because they said it was completely booked up even though we had a reservation

Liked: As always, the staff is great. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. It is a comfortable facility.
Disliked: The only downside of this visit was getting moved to the 3rd floor. They are doing some unannounced renovation on the first floor. Since I have some mobility issues, the 3rd floor is not a good place for me as having to walk down 3 flights of stairs in an emergency is not safe. I am usually given a first floor room. Which I much appreciate.

Liked: It was perfectly located for our trip south. The restaurant on premises was good and made getting dinner after a long drive.

Liked: The hotel was surprisingly good (given the score that we saw on booking). The staff was great and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was also very good and spacious. Overall it exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: We had breakfast included with our rooms (2 rooms). We weren’t aware that the number of breakfasts didn’t match the number of guests (4 breakfasts (2 per room) for 5 guests). It’s not a buffet.
