Liked: The entire facility/process from check-in to check-out was first rate, including the staff. One of the best stays I’ve had anywhere and the top stay in Cincinnati!

We will not be staying at another courtyard by Marriott

Liked: Most of the staff was pleasant. However if your going to have check in all hours of the day then the front desk staff needs to know all the information and not to miss lead the guest when they checking. We were told at check in that there was a free breakfast and there was not. We were not told about the 60 dollar amenities charge for the hotel. Per night for the stay.
Disliked: The front desk attendant did not tell us the correct information. He also left out the fact that there was a 60 dollar amenities charge the should go back in your account with in five day but could be sooner. There was a wedding party in the night we stayed and they were very very loud and they did not show any regard for the noise ordinance that the hotel has. They were slamming doors all night and then as early as 5 in the morning. The hotel needs to do better about the noise the other guests make in between the hours of 10 and 6 am.
