disappointing not with the staff...

Disliked: unfortunately their system went down and the person on shift had to leave for an emergency and the lady covering for her didn't know how to fix the system nor check anyone in according to get... was able to drive a couple miles up the road to another hotel but spent 3 1/2 hours in the middle of the night waiting to be checked due to the system crashing.... they also couldn't find my reservation from the very start, which didn't help ..... definitely not the staffs fault and it is a very nice hotel.

Good hotel but very far...

Liked: Very nice hotel. Clean, fresh. The room was super comfortable, they have decent tv selection including free hbo max. There is a shopping complex across the street with great salad bar. The hotel serves Starbuck coffee - it's more or Starbuck blend coffee then coffee itself, but it's not bad.
Disliked: The gym is so basic it hurts, but if you know how to train you'll do something with it. There is a huge LA Fitness right next to the hotel, so you can enjoy it for 20usd a pop.The hotel serves breakfasts unfortunately the girl that checked me in told me my rate was not inclusive of breakfasts :( :( :(

Liked: Very clean, comfortable and good value for price; relatively quiet except when families are present.
Disliked: No complimentary water in rooms; rooms cleaned every other day
