Ok not great.

Liked: Location and room
Disliked: There was a pungent smell of marijuana that permeated our room , elevator and the hallway floor. I reported it to staff. Smelled it the entire weekend. As a DOD employee that is subject to random drug testing it made for an uneasy stay.

We enjoyed our stay!

Liked: The location with the view of the beach and the proximity to restaurants and bars was convenient. The Starbucks on site was nice.
Disliked: The mattress was very soft and the couch and balcony furniture was not comfortable. The amusements in the adjacent parking lot looked junky.
